Our Client, a leading Telecommunication company is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to work at their Manchester site.
Duties include: Day to day management of team of between 6-7 including signing off various elements of their work up to agreed limits, dealing with escalated technical queries and complaints, ensuring team meets required monthly SLA`s, logging, distributing and tracking of daily incoming correspondence, assisting at first interview stage in the recruitment of Customer Service Executives, assisting Supervisor in any disciplinary issues, coaching, guiding and development of team, active participation in future development of the department.
In return they are offering a salary up to Ј22k depending on experience plus commission.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have Telecoms experience. They will possess excellent man management skills and be capable of motivating a team. They will be capable of meeting tight deadlines and achieving team and individual targets.
